All products sold through come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If you purchase a product from we will honour your manufacturer’s warranty, eliminating any inconvenience and added expense of contacting the manufacturer.

This means your products may be returned directly to Scissor King for repairs, servicing and replacement parts.

The warranty process is easy:

  1. Contact us via email or phone (08) 9397 0615 to let us know that you need a warranty claim processed. We will need you to provide your name, order number, billing address, contact phone number and the reason for the warranty claim.
  2. Ship the product back to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend shipping via registered post, or some other trackable shipping method. Be sure to keep your receipt and shipment tracking information.
  3. Once your warranty claim has been processed and your product repaired or serviced, we will ship your item/s to the address you provided in Step 1.

Please note, we only accept warranty claims for products purchased through We do not process items purchased through other retailers.
